Project Manager Apprentice
As a Project Manager Apprentice at FootfallCam, you will support the successful delivery of projects across the organisation, helping to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
Role
- Support the planning and delivery of projects in line with organisational objectives.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Help track project progress, identify risks and issues, and support mitigation actions.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and governance records.
- Assist with resource planning and coordination across project teams.
- Support project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
- Develop knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and project governance standards.
Training
The Project Manager programme integrates live and online workshops with self-paced learning, employing a guided discovery approach for individual learner contexts.
Learners are assigned a Digital Learning Consultant (DLC) for personalised coaching and support. These specialists ensure their successful progress, wellbeing, and readiness for assessments.
This apprenticeship provides a clear pathway into a career in project management. You may also continue your development through higher-level apprenticeships (Level 5–7) or professional certifications such as APM or PRINCE2.
