East London | hybrid, 3 days per week on site

IF you have ....Digital Project Management experience from a creative digital design studio OR in a larger purist agency such as AKQA, Stink, Ragged Edge, AnalogFolk, Publicis Sapient, R/GA, HUGE, Digitas .... THEN WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. NB: exp from both is not essential but at least one is non-negotiable.

It is also essential that you have managed a team of developers, and can speak their language and understand TECHNICAL workflow, budgets and deadlines, with the knowhow to push back and drive the work to delivery.

As Digital Project Manager, you will own project delivery from brief through to launch while working closely with designers and developers to ensure everything runs smoothly. You won’t just manage timelines, you’ll be trusted to shape processes, strengthen relationships and contribute to how the studio operates, helping to refine ways of working. There is genuine freedom to make decisions and add value beyond delivery.

Their output combines thoughtful, refined design craft and robust technical delivery all produced in-house by a small, experienced team ....creating meaningful, hands-on work. They partner with well-known names across the cultural and arts space, including major galleries, delivering digital experiences where design quality matters just as much as functionality. You LOVE craft and have a purist design sensibility ... the wonderful polish and finesse to their work needs to be appreciated, understood and respected. Interest and experience working on cultural, arts, publishing, hospitality or luxury accounts will be noticed. (NB: WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR CORRPORATE OR COMMERCIAL PRINCE 2 TECH PM'S).

You will sit at the heart of client relationships. You must be client-facing and able to hold your own in meetings, both virtually and in person. You will own client relationships and mingle at industry events etc... there is no room for SHY!

You will contribute to case studies, credentials and how the studio presents its work. If you can also demonstrate any new business or pitch skills or awareness that would ne helpful... the studio has some incredible clients in the cultural sector, art galleries etc. ... they are too busy to sing and dance about it, so someone on the pulse of PR and social media would be ideal.

A tight-knit team where your voice will be heard and your impact will be visible. This will suit someone coming from a large agency environment who feels like a small cog in a big machine and is ready for more autonomy, influence and meaningful involvement in the work.
