IT Support Apprentice
Here at Forge Dynamic, we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Apprentice to join our experienced & welcoming team of engineers based in our offices in London.
Role
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide remote and on‐site technical support to end users
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., AD/Entra)
- Set up, configure, and deploy devices and applications
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure and system performance
- Implement security measures such as patching, MFA, and endpoint protection
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and access
- Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and asset records
- Support and troubleshoot business-critical applications
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts

QA’s Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:
- Learn on-premise and cloud-enabled technologies and services
- Learn technical content that aligns to and is relevant to employers and the market
- Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
- Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.
- 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average
