Digital Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship
Formula Recruitment is seeking a confident and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on an on-site apprenticeship at a dynamic and fast-paced business embarking on an exciting growth period.
Role
- Creating content for LinkedIn & Instagram
- Monitoring and reporting social media statistics and vanity metrics (likes, shares, etc.)
- Building always-on email journeys to keep leads warm
- Feedback Marketing Qualified Leads from Marketing Activity to the consultants
- Assist consultants with their LinkedIn persona’s and team brand activities
- Assist with event planning and travel booking
- Internal communications for upcoming training, events, updates on company incentives
- Assist with brand asset creation, adding value to business development
- Article writing and proof-reading thought leadership pieces
- Reporting on website traffic and SEO
Training
Multi-channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- Attendance at Truro & Penwith College one day every two weeks (term time only)
- Regular internal training and support

- Following the completion of the apprenticeship and review of progress made within the role, Formula Recruitment aims to extend an offer of promotion to Digital Marketing Executive, with full ownership of our social media channels, end-to-end campaign creation, monitoring success and ongoing collaboration with our email marketing, event management, thought leadership and PR
