Partner Operations Manager

Partner Operations Manager - Remote (London-Based, Hybrid Once Office Opens)

The Opportunity

We're building the operational backbone of a company redefining how internet infrastructure is deployed and managed globally. Our mission is to make internet infrastructure as seamless and reliable as any other utility - and we're looking for a Partner Operations Manager to help make that vision a reality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, project management, and technology, with a passion for building scalable systems and empowering partners to deliver critical infrastructure worldwide. You'll join a fast-growing, well-funded startup tackling some of the hardest problems in networking and operations - and your work will directly shape how our global deployment network scales.

The What

Ownership & Impact - Lead complex deployment operations from planning to execution, ensuring every installation is delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.

Process Design - Build and refine systems that streamline partner onboarding, project management, and delivery across hundreds of simultaneous installs.

Partner Enablement - Support and manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance excellence across all projects.

Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to drive innovation and process improvement.

Continuous Improvement - Develop playbooks, dashboards, and automation tools that scale with growth while improving speed, quality, and partner satisfaction.

The Who

We're looking for a hands-on operations leader who brings:

  • 2-8 years' experience in operations or project management, ideally with a physical or on-site delivery component.
  • Proven ability to manage complex deployments end-to-end with multiple external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with partners, vendors, or subcontractors - from bidding and onboarding to oversight and performance management.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of improving systems and driving consistent results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to bring structure to complex workflows.
  • A bias for action, curiosity, and passion for operational excellence.
  • Bonus: experience in networking, hardware, or managed service environments (MSPs, strategic integrators, etc.).

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building the future of global internet infrastructure. You'll join a world-class team backed by top investors and have massive ownership over systems that move from initial site discovery to on-site execution.

You'll be part of a culture that values learning, innovation, and collaboration, with the autonomy to create scalable solutions that have real-world impact.

The Impact You'll Drive

Within your first six months, success will look like:

  • Delivering
  • Maintaining and
  • Achieving Partner Satisfaction Scores of 8+/10

Your work will ensure every network deployment is executed with precision, partners are empowered to succeed, and customers experience world-class reliability - setting the foundation for scaling globally.
