Forward EV Ltd. is offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Support Technician Apprentice to join their team in Camborne. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the business industry, gain valuable hands-on experience, and work towards an industry-recognised qualification.
Role
- Use of our software platform to monitor health of the network
- Diagnose faults
- Decide on service responses
- Escalation to service team
- Use our payments system to assist drivers
- Payment queries from drivers
- Admin and maintenance of IT systems
- Setup of IT to assist install team for new sites
- Liaison with third parties for roaming services with other third party providers
- Maintain high levels of resilience and serviceability on the network
Training
Upon successfully completing the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to secure a permanent position which includes progression into a more senior or leadership role.
