The Role
FPSG is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in IT contract recruitment and resourcing to support and grow key client accounts across the UK and international markets.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a delivery-focused, client-facing environment and has experience sourcing IT contractors for complex, multi-region projects. You will take ownership of a globally recognised brand, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple geographies.
You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier talent is identified and placed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a globally recognised client account across the UK and international regions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships
- Take ownership of role briefings and translate client needs into effective resourcing strategies
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to source and place IT contractors
- Deliver against SLAs and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Stay informed on global IT contractor markets, trends, and compliance considerations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
About You
- Proven experience in IT contract recruitment, resourcing, or account management
- Demonstrated experience sourcing for UK and/or international projects
- Experience managing or supporting large, high-profile client accounts is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the IT contractor landscape, including remote and global hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and projects across different geographies
- Commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Familiarity with compliance considerations for international contracting is advantageous
