Our client is scaling fast across the UK's NS domain, building a reputation for solving complex mission challenges through elegant cloud engineering and automation.

The work
You'll be automating application and infrastructure delivery inside one of the UK's most security-sensitive environments. Expect a mix of greenfield build, automation, and secure system design — all within a multi-disciplinary Agile team that values iteration over red tape.
Roles are available at SFIA Levels 4–6, so whether you're a mid-level engineer looking to step up or an established principal ready to lead complex secure cloud projects, there's space to grow here.
Typical salary ranges:
SFIA 4 (Mid-Level): £70K–£85K
SFIA 5 (Senior): £85K–£110K
SFIA 6 (Principal / Lead): £110K–£130K
Tech you'll get hands-on with
- AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, CodePipeline, CodeBuild)
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD automation (DroneCI ideal, open to others)
- Linux (advanced admin + scripting)
- Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
- Security hardening and automation baked into every layer
You'll fit if you...
- Have experience working in, or are eligible to work within, UK National Security programmes (British national with long-term UK residency)
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
