Administrative Apprentice
The main purpose of the apprentice role is to support the running of the office, deliver excellent customer service to clients and produce client reports within appropriate timescales. You will be supporting a full-time administrator who will be your mentor for the apprenticeship.
Role
Duties to include:
- Completing reports within the appropriate timescales
- Uploading and downloading data to and from the tablet to the in-house system
- Data entry into in-house system and clients inhouse systems: Mark One TEAMS, SharePoint, Xero, etc.
- Formatting of individual Water Hygiene survey reports
- Matching reports with results from analytical certificates
- Completing reports/turning reports into pdf’s/e-mailing reports to respective clients
- Scheduling and arranging appointments by liaising with clients
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries; aiming to deliver excellent customer service while resolving queries in a timely manner
- Scheduling works for Water Hygiene Technicians and Surveyors to complete on a daily basis
- Logging customer enquiries to the inhouse system
- Creating letters and communication materials and sending to clients
- Organise accommodation arrangements
- Any ad-hoc duties
Training
- Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work-Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Full-time position available with the potential to be eventually becoming a full-time member of the administrative team.
