Customer Success Engineer
FRESH has partnered with a fast-growing SaaS provider in the hospitality and wellness technology sector to hire a Customer Success Engineer. They deliver modern, cloud-based software to clients globally and is scaling quickly, making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, start-up environment.
Incredible time to join a small but impressive team (~30 head count) who've reached profitability and also raised a $30M series A at the start of 2026. The team are expanding aggressively (especially in the US)
Who you are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support, implementation or an engineering role.
- You’re a technical translator. You can explain complex API integrations or data configurations to non-technical spa managers with ease.
- You're a self-starter. We're a small team; we need someone who can troubleshoot technical roadblocks independently and take ownership of the client’s technical health.
📒 What the role involves
- You’ll lead the technical implementation, managing data migrations, system configurations, and third-party integrations.
- You'll act as the technical point of contact for clients, solving complex issues that go beyond basic troubleshooting.
- You’ll collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to report bugs, suggest technical enhancements, and ensure our software scales with our clients' needs.
