Senior Product Manager
Exciting new Senior Product Manager role at a well-funded & fast-growing Series A SaaS start up. They've found strong product-market fit, built a loyal early customer base, and are now scaling across the UK with global expansion on the horizon. They've raised a £10M Series A in the last several months, now is an excellent time to join during a period of rapid growth and expansion
This is a role for an experienced product manager who thrives in ambiguity and is excited by messy, poorly defined problem statements. You'll work closely with a small but highly effective cross functional team of software engineers, designers, data scientists, operations and GTM.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery and iteration — keeping it tightly aligned to company strategy and customer outcomes
- Lead structured discovery work: customer interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and synthesis into clear opportunity areas
- Work hands-on with engineering and design to define, scope, and ship features — writing sharp specs, facilitating trade-offs, and keeping quality high without slowing the team down
- Define and track the metrics that matter, building a culture of outcome-focused delivery rather than output
- Act as the connective tissue between commercial, engineering, and customer success — translating market signals into product decisions and product decisions into commercial narratives
- Contribute to product strategy conversations at leadership level, you'll interact with the CPO and CEO on a weekly basis
About you
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in a B2B SaaS environments
- You've shipped product at pace and you know what good looks like across the full delivery lifecycle
- You're genuinely strong at discovery. You can run a customer interview, spot a pattern across a dozen conversations, and translate it into something the team can build against
- You're comfortable with data! Someone who can pull their own analysis, interpret results critically, and use numbers to make better decisions
- You write and communicate with clarity. Your specs don't need to be rewritten; your stakeholder updates don't need to be decoded
- You thrive in ambiguity and know how to bring structure to it without over-engineering the process
- You've worked in a scaling environment before and understand that what worked at 20 people may not work at 100
