Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice

Exciting opportunity to join an OFTEC registered company as a Level 3 Business Admin. 

Role

  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customer accounts, acting as a point of contact and helping to resolve queries and complaints
  • Monitor and manage customer requirements for planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), fuel deliveries, interceptor cleans and other works
  • Communicate customer requirements and specifications clearly to internal teams so that customers receive products and services right first time
  • Prepare timely, accurate quotations and track their status as each sale progresses and closes
  • Review jobs in our ERP system and flag opportunities to the appropriate Sales Account Manager
  • Upload reports to client portals, update internal trackers and respond to client requests, including requests for additional reporting
  • Monitor client systems and the fuel sample inbox, logging new opportunities for the appropriate colleague to quote
  • Create and maintain trackers for larger accounts (contracts with 5+ sites) and help track account service progress and key metrics
  • Provide administrative support for tendering processes
  • Make sure close-out processes are completed for customer jobs, including timely invoicing and payment
  • Support the wider sales and accounts team to reach and convert new customers, and keep existing customers informed about new products and services
  • Handle requests for several customers at once while meeting deadlines
  • Build a good understanding of our products and services and how they solve customers’ problems
  • Follow all health and safety, compliance and GDPR procedures, and complete all training required for your apprenticeship and development

Training

  • 1 college day per month 
  • online work uploaded via Aptem 
  • skills coach to visit workplace every 6-8 weeks
  • On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the opportunity to progress into a permanent Sales Administrator role. As FSS continues to grow, there is potential to develop further into roles such as Sales Account Manager, with ongoing training and support.
