FULTOO is looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Lead / Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.

Strong, proven experience in Microsoft Fabric is a MUST.

We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in architecture but is also hands-on and able to create, run and demonstrate prototype solutions and pipelines.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Fabric data solutions

• Design and implement Lakehouse, Data Warehouse and OneLake architectures

• Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines

• Define data architecture, modelling and integration strategies

• Lead the integration of Power BI with Microsoft Fabric

• Establish security, governance and performance best practices

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

• Review existing data platforms and recommend Fabric migration/modernisation strategies

• Create and run prototype pipelines and be hands-on with implementation and development

Required Skills

✅ Strong, proven and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric – MUST

✅ Proven experience in Data Architecture / Solution Architecture

✅ Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse & Data Warehouse

✅ OneLake, Data Factory & Data Pipelines

✅ Strong SQL skills

✅ Power BI & Semantic Modelling

✅ Data modelling and performance optimisation

✅ Experience with Azure Data Services

✅ Strong understanding of data security, governance and architecture

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience leading technical teams or Fabric implementations

✅ Ability to create, run and demonstrate prototype pipelines

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable working hands-on , not purely in an architectural/design capacity

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment

Location: Leeds

Working: Hybrid (2 days travelling to Leeds)
