Description of the role:

  • Travel to customer sites across the UK
  • Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
  • Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
  • Deliver hands-on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
  • Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
  • Provide go-live day and post support
  • Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
  • Support customers in the first month post-installation with practical guidance

About you:

  • Very confident in face-to-face customer environments
  • Strong SaaS onboarding experience (can be trained)

  • Not management-focused - purely delivery-focused but self managed
  • Full UK driving licence (essential due to site travel)
