In this role, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for entry-level and internship positions across client support, sales, product development, and other business areas, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders while championing FactSet's values and culture. You will build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers by acting as an extension of their teams and create trusted relationships with candidates and external recruiting partners, including universities and student organizations. • Build deep partnerships with hiring managers, acting as an extension of their teams by fully understanding business objectives, role requirements, and team cultures.
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring responsive communication, transparency, and care throughout the hiring process.
  • Increase our brand awareness on university campuses and build relationships with student organizations, professors, and career centers.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies tailored to market conditions and business needs to engage and attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidate pipelines, recruitment activity, and program reporting.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and capability to quickly understand business models, industry nuances, and technical or commercial skill requirements.

  • Superior communication, influencing, and client-facing skills; you instill confidence through professionalism, insight, and follow-through.
  • Experience delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder service.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and advancing diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; able to deliver quality outcomes at pace, under competing pressures.
