We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager Lead (High-Growth SaaS)
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager Lead to help build and develop a high-performing BDR team focused on selling a high-tech SaaS product to technical teams and modern software organizations.
This is a player-coach role where you’ll combine hands-on pipeline generation with leadership and coaching. You’ll mentor early-career sales talent, build scalable outbound strategies, and help shape the foundation of a high-impact go-to-market team selling a technically sophisticated SaaS platform.

What you’ll do
• Lead, coach, and develop a growing BDR team
• Build structured training, onboarding, and coaching programs
• Help BDRs effectively sell and position a high-tech SaaS platform
• Create scalable outbound prospecting and pipeline generation strategies
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to support GTM initiatives
• Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to the pipeline while mentoring the team
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS business development or sales development
• Experience mentoring or leading BDR/SDR teams
• Experience selling or supporting technical or developer-focused SaaS products
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
• Passion for developing sales talent and building high-performing teams
