The Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s curious, persistent, and loves connecting with engineers. You’ll help grow our pipeline, reach new customers, and translate our technical platform into value that resonates with CTOs, Directors of Engineering, and Founding Engineers.
What You’ll Do:
Identify high-potential companies in our ideal customer profile (ICP)Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and other channelsCraft technical, developer-focused messaging that speaks to engineering leadersUnderstand Antithesis’s platform inside and out and evaluate technical/business fit of prospectsPartner with Account Executives to prep meetings, demos, and POCsCollaborate with Marketing and RevOps to improve campaigns and event outreachStay up-to-date on trends in distributed systems, testing, and reliabilityYou Should Have:
1+ years cold calling experience1+ years Salesforce experience1+ years experience with Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree or equivalentStrong communication and organizational skillsCurious, creative, and willing to learnResults-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to understand and communicate technical conceptsTeam playerBonus Points For:
