Service Desk Analyst
Looking for Service Desk Analyst for our client in Chester, UK-Hybrid
Location: Chester, UK (Should be within a 50 KM radius of the client site)
Language Requirement: : Spanish + Portuguese
Skills:
- Strong experience in a Technical Service Desk environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Fluency in multiple languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese – as applicable)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Adherence to Service Desk processes and procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible approach
