Service Desk Analyst

Looking for Service Desk Analyst for our client in Chester, UK-Hybrid

Location: Chester, UK (Should be within a 50 KM radius of the client site)

Language Requirement: : Spanish + Portuguese

Skills:

  • Strong experience in a Technical Service Desk environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Fluency in multiple languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese – as applicable)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Adherence to Service Desk processes and procedures
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible approach
