Business Development Manager - Retail
We are hiring a Business Development Manager - Retail with strong experience in retail industry for one of our client in London, UK. It is a permanent role with hybrid working module.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure listings with Boots, Holland & Barrett, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and specialist sports retailers
- Lead end-to-end retail negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Design and implement trade marketing strategies and promotional calendars
- Drive sell-through performance and accelerate secondary sales velocity
- Own pricing architecture, margin modelling, and profitability frameworks
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Retail, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, or Consumer Brands
- Demonstrated success in managing retail accounts and delivering commercial growth
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in trade marketing, promotional planning, and pricing strategy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance commercial targets and brand equity
