We're supporting a fast-growing organisation as they build their first in-house UK tech team. This is a chance to shape the engineering function from day one and influence how their app and platform evolve.

The Role

As the App Tech Lead, you'll work across a broad technical area, helping the business be more responsive to site reliability, observability, and overall performance needs. You'll drive optimisations, deliver smaller enhancements quickly, and play a key role in enabling their experimentation strategy for UX and product teams.
