Administrator
Our client based in West Bromwich are seeking an experienced administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role would suit someone with strong systems experience and processing experience. To be considered you must be available immediately.
Duties:
Processing of Third-Party invoicingSupport with handling payment queries Monitor the Billing and Installiation tasksMaintain the databaseMonitoring daily tasks via ServiceNow dashboardsField and handle escalations for example contract information and general queriesProviding proactive reporting through constant review of processes
Requirements:
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skillsExperience using the following would be advantageous SAP/Oracle/ServiceNow Confident communicatorEnjoys problem solving and analysing dataProven experience with data administration
