IT Support Engineer

Our wonderful client based in Weybridge are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role would be responsible for providing technical support, main point of contact for technical queries and responsible for system maintenance. If you have experience in Computer Network and Communication, ability to resolve technical issues and excellent communication skills then this role would be for you.

The role of Insight Executive/Analyst involves:

Provide technical support for employees and clients

Main point of contact for technical queries

Operating security systems

Responsible for system maintenance

Providing security support and checks for clients

Backing up systems and PCs

Ensure Company Security Policies are adhered to

Provide resolution ratio

Provide and issuing reports

The ideal Insight Executive/Analyst will:

Experience in Computer Network and Communication

MS Windows skills

Ability to logically resolve technical issues

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of IT infrastructure

Great customer focused skills

Experience working in customer support

Speak, writing and reading in Korean
