Digital Systems-Facilities Administrator
Job summary
As our Digital Systems/Facilities Administrator, you will be supporting the IT/Digital Lead and Practice Manager with a range of tasks including first line IT support, clinical software expert advice, creating business forms and templates, supporting social media campaigns for the practice and web support/administration along with general IT and facilities administration. Full training will be given apprenticeship also a possibility for the right candidate.
This is a fast-paced role which will involve managing multiple tasks concurrently. confidentiality and always taking a professional but friendly approach to duties.
Main duties of the job

Manage, troubleshoot and resolve desktop-based system and printer related issues quickly to provide efficient and effective 1st line user support and forwarding complex queries to appropriate team members for resolution
To develop, review and maintain knowledge resources, including but not limited to, user guides, videos
Support project work, including digital transformation led by the IT Lead and CEO
Identify and document best practices as part of ongoing process to increase efficiencies
Using a facilities check list, proactively review areas to ensure working order, compliance of equipment
Liaise with facilities suppliers to arrange appointments/bookings and progress chase
Part of the facilities team, you will be required to update documentation on internal systems
Record Alerts data and compliance
Undertake infection control audits
General administrative tasks as required by the management team
