Oracle EBS HCM Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for experienced consultants with strong expertise in Oracle E-business Suite HCM modules to support ongoing projects. The ideal candidates should have strong technical capabilities along with functional understanding of HR and Payroll processes.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including:

• Core HR
• Payroll (preferably UK Payroll)
• Absence Management
• Benefits

Strong technical expertise in:

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Custom Forms
• Oracle Reports
• Fast Formula development

Experience working with:

• EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, Concurrent Programs
• Experience in data conversions, integrations, and interfaces
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide production support
• Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
• Experience working on support and enhancement projects

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM modules
• Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Build and maintain Custom Forms and Oracle Reports
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll and HR processes
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing code
