Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in UK Payroll, Statutory Absence, OTL and Compensation, ideally within UK Local Government or Public Sector environments.

Security Clearance: Candidate must be SC Cleared or SC Eligible Required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & Statutory Absence implementations
• Act as the functional SME for Payroll, Absence, OTL and Compensation
• Design UK-compliant payroll solutions covering LGPS, HMRC and RTI
• Develop and optimise Payroll Fast Formula
• Translate business requirements into clear functional & technical designs
• Manage senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships
• Mentor and guide project teams through delivery

Required Experience

• 8-10 years Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & Absence experience
• Strong hands-on configuration and UK legislative knowledge
• Proven Fast Formula development experience
• Delivered at least one UK Local Government payroll implementation
• Completed 1-2 end-to-end Fusion Payroll & Absence projects

Strong understanding of:

• Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
• Statutory Absence processing
• HMRC payroll processing & RTI
