nCino Salesforce Architect

Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned nCino Salesforce Architect with over a decade of experience in Salesforce, including significant expertise in nCino implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background, demonstrating the ability to design and govern scalable solutions within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic architectural guidance for Salesforce and nCino implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

• nCino Expertise: Lead the implementation, customization, and version management of nCino solutions, evaluating impacts and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions that leverage Salesforce and nCino capabilities effectively.

• Technical Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of custom solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and development.

• At least 5 years in an architectural role, providing high-level guidance and governance on Salesforce projects.

• Over 3 years of direct experience with nCino, encompassing implementation, version upgrades, and impact assessments.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns.

• Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes, particularly in relation to loan origination and management.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or nCino certifications.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce, such as Copado or AutoRABIT
