Procurement Administrator
Falcon Green is partnering with a leading subcontractor specialising in the delivery of mechanical building services across residential, commercial, and technically complex sectors.
Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are now seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team based in Godstone, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update supplier records, databases, and procurement systems
- Carry out high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Support invoice reconciliation and liaise with accounts to resolve discrepancies
- Track orders and update internal systems with delivery schedules and order status
- Assist with supplier communication and general procurement queries
- Ensure all documentation is filed and maintained in line with company procedures
Requirements
- 1–5 years’ experience in an administrative role (procurement, accounts, or office admin preferred)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience supporting finance or accounts functions is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
