Job Title: Project or Delivery Manager AI and LLM

Location: Sheffield, UK (3 Days Hybrid)

Employment Type: 6+ Months

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project or Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for leading end to end delivery of AI solutions including RAG systems, NLP pipelines, and LLM based applications in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end delivery of AI and machine learning projects from design to production

Manage implementation of Generative AI, NLP, and RAG based systems

Drive AI model lifecycle including training, fine tuning, evaluation, and deployment

Coordinate cross functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams

Manage Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog, and stakeholder communication

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR

Handle project timelines, budgeting, and vendor management

Oversee deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Monitor performance metrics such as model accuracy, latency, and business impact

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Delivery Management

Strong experience in delivering AI, machine learning, or LLM based solutions

Good understanding of transformer based models, NLP, and Generative AI

Strong knowledge of AI architecture, MLOps, and deployment pipelines

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI CD pipelines

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in banking or financial services domain

Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and compliance

Experience with large scale data platforms and real time systems

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master
