IT Support Engineer

Our client, a global consultancy firm based in Knightsbridge, is looking for a IT Support Engineer to support them on a short-term temporary contract ( Thursday 26th March – Thursday 2nd April).

This role is for an immediate start offering a day rate of £300–£320.

Duties will include:

• Provide 3rd line support for complex technical issues across systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents from 1st and 2nd line teams
• Support servers, cloud environments (e.g. Microsoft 365/Azure), and networking
• Carry out system maintenance, upgrades, and patching
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Document fixes and support the handover/knowledge transfer process
