We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage day-to-day finance operations, deliver accurate reporting, and support ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager
- Handle core finance tasks: credit control, reconciliations, purchase ledger, expenses, invoicing, and recurring revenue tracking (using Xero, Hubdoc, etc.).
- Produce monthly reporting packs (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs like churn/LTV/CAC, cash flow forecasts).
- Manage VAT returns, payroll journals, audits, and projects like process automation.
- Support light admin/HR duties and continuous improvements.
About You:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified with 3–5 years' SME/tech/consultancy experience.
- Proficient in Xero, Hubdoc, Excel (macros/Power BI a plus).
- Strong VAT, payroll, and month-end knowledge.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
Desirable: Finance automation, R&D accounting, or tech KPIs experience.
