Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business-critical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale projects while having real technical ownership and influence.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to create scalable, well-designed low-code solutions that solve real business problems.

What you’ll be doing as a Power Platform Developer
  • Designing and building solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Creating and optimising Power Automate flows
  • Working with Dataverse, including data modelling, security roles, and integrations
  • Building user-friendly, well-governed solutions aligned to best practice
  • Supporting deployments, enhancements, and ongoing improvements
  • Acting as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions
What we’re looking for as the Power Platform Developer
  • Strong experience developing on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven delivery of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, data structures, and security
  • Experience integrating with other systems via APIs or connectors
  • Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup
Nice to have
  • Experience with governance, ALM, and solution packaging
  • Exposure to Azure services or Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role
