Test Analyst / Test Coordinator – Investment Systems (Aladdin)
Location: London City (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Role Overview
Fenixys are working with a Global Investment management company who is undertaking a large-scale transformation programme within the FO/MO/BO investment management technology landscape. As part of this initiative, multiple hands-on technical and domain test leads will front with respective teams on business and technology side.
We are looking for experienced Test Coordinators and Test Analysts with expertise in investment management platforms, particularly BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg or other similar systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Coordination (SIT / UAT)
- Interact with Business/technology teams to understand the requirements and help with the plan (and tweaks in defined QA strategy) of the validation/ testing
- Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Plan and track test execution across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure test deliverables are completed within programme timelines.
Test Analysis
- Analyse business and system requirements to develop test cases and scenarios.
- Execute functional and UAT test cases.
- Identify, log and track defects using Jira.
- Validate system functionality against requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business users.
- Support large-scale transformation programmes in investment management technology.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience working with investment management platforms, especially BlackRock Aladdin, CRD or similar systems.
- Strong experience in functional testing and UAT.
- Experience using Jira for defect management and tracking.
- Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) processes.
- Ability to work in complex transformation programmes.
