This is a Backend Product Engineer position with real ownership. You’ll join a small, high-calibre team where:
- You’ll touch everything, from core backend systems to product features
- Work closely with product and leadership
- Help scale a platform already being used in real-world healthcare settings
Tech Stack includes:
- Java 21, Spring (core to the interview process), AWS, microservices, Terraform
What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience (likely your 2nd company)
- Strong foundations in Java and Spring
- Background in a startup, scale-up or fast-paced environment
- Degree in a STEM subject (Engineering, Physics, Maths, etc.), ideally from a top university
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll work with technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Someone who genuinely cares about the mission
