We're partnered with a European digital health scale-up that has found strong product–market fit and is now doubling year-on-year.

With ambitious growth plans, they are now hiring a Director of Product for their Mobile app to lead two central teams and elevate the core patient experience.

The opportunity

As Director of Product, you'll report directly to the VP Product and take ownership of the company's core mobile app strategy. You will lead two squads focused on meal logging and gamification/micro-tasks.

Your work will directly shape retention, patient outcomes, and the value patients receive far beyond initial onboarding.

What you'll do

• Lead two product teams focused on meal logging and gamification/micro-tasks
• Define and deliver the mobile product vision for native iOS and Android apps
• Build a more intelligent, personalised and adaptive behaviour change engine
• Drive retention and long-term clinical outcomes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Director
• Strong track record in mobile-first product development (native iOS/Android)
• Experience building habit-forming, behaviour change or gamified consumer experiences
• Experience in digital health, wellness, fitness or similar behaviour-led domains is a strong plus
