This isn’t a “role”. It’s a founding seat at the table.

What you’ll do

• Build core product, architecture, and infrastructure from the ground up
• Ship fast, iterate faster, and own decisions end-to-end
• Define the product, the culture, and the engineering standards
• Turn complex, manual, repetitive workflows into something intelligent and seamless

• You ship products, not tickets Ideally end-to-end
• Ambiguity excites you, it doesn’t block you
• You fix problems first, explain later
• You care about systems, performance, and user experience
• You want to build something that reshapes an industry
