Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer | AI recruitment platform | Node, Next.js, GraphQL | 2-3 days in London | £90-100k

We’re helping an AI startup hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer into an 8-person engineering team

The company is building a voice-powered platform designed to replace traditional CV screening. You’ll work directly with the founder in a high-agency, highly iterative environment as they prepare for launch later this year.

You’ll own features end-to-end, help shape technical direction, and play a big role in how AI gets embedded into both the product and engineering workflow.

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js (backend is heavily Node-focused)
• Full-stack TypeScript experience, ideally with React / Next.js
• Product-minded and comfortable operating with ambiguity and ownership
• Already using AI tools personally or professionally and excited about where engineering is heading
• Enjoy fast-paced startup environments with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy
• Cloud experience is useful (they use GCP, but AWS is absolutely fine)
