Lead Frontend Engineer - London - Up to £120k

The company: Join a Series A Fintech who are building an AI-native research platform. The founding team come from the likes of Google DeepMind and Meta AI where they are shaping the future of AI design principles.

The Role: As the Lead Frontend Engineer you will lead and manage 3 frontend engineers whilst setting coding standards. Part of your role will also consist of being able to jump back into hands-on code to build and optimise the front end applications.

Requirements:

  • You have 8+ years experience in front end
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership role where you've managed a team
  • Tech stack experience: React, Next.js, TypeScript
  • You are comfortable in startup environments and have previously been at a startup that saw growth.
  • As en engineer you hold a product mindset with a strong eye for detail in design.
  • Startup-friendly mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats.

Location: London, 2-3 days a week onsite

Salary: £110k - £120k
