Product Engineer
Product Engineer | greenfield fintech app | Two days from Cambridge | £90-120k
Looking for a product-minded engineer to build a greenfield fintech product, alongside a super-experienced founding team.
What you’ll do:
- Be very hands-on! Act as a ClaudeCode driver to accelerate velocity while maintaining absolute quality of thinking and code Exercise strong technical discernment - act as a subtractor rather than an adder to avoid the "build trap"
- Swim in customer feedback and product analytics (PostHog/Amplitude)
- Navigate compliance-aware environments seamlessly, ensuring robust delivery without sacrificing speed or security
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent Javascript/Typescript experience
- Startup or scaleup engineer mindset
- An AI-native developer with a passionate, strong point of view on which LLMs are best for which tasks
- Product-driven builders
- Fintech or regulated small-company experience where compliance mattered
