Senior Product Designer (B2C Mobile)
SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER (B2C MOBILE APP) | HEALTHTECH SCALEUP | UP TO £85K | LONDON HYBRID
Few&Far are working with a Consumer HealthTech Scaleup to hire a Permanent Senior Product Designer (Mobile). The company help people understand and improve their health through at-home testing, connected data, and an AI Health Assistant that evolves with each user.
💰£75K - £85K per annum
📍 Hybrid London (x2 a week in office)
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end mobile product design across their core consumer app
- Shaping behaviour change journeys to help users take control over their health, owning significant parts of the mobile journey
- Own and scale their mobile design systems (Figma + Storybook), defining which UI patterns become reusable components
- Syncing design systems back to Figma, with the south of truth in the code, working closely with Engineering to iterate
- Run and participate in user research, in addition to designing elegant, high-quality interactions and UI detail
- Shape behaviour-driven journeys (goals, habits, retention loops)
Required Skills:
- Mobile-first consumer products
- Proven experience with design systems and coded systems like Storybook
- End-to-end product design, but visual leaning
- Best in class mobile design experience
- Experience in/ an interest in behaviour change problems - designers who are genuinely interested in human behaviour and having a positive impact on this
- Strategic thinking and ownership, comfortable in small, fast-moving teams
- High bar for UI design - interactions, details, transitions between different states
- Utilisation of AI-tools in your workflows
