Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager | AI Platform & DevTools | UK (Remote-First)

We’re working with a profitable B2B SaaS scale-up that’s building the market-leading design system platform to document, deliver, measure, and manage design systems in one central hub.

Backed by top-tier investors like Adobe and Y Combinator, they are trusted by thousands of companies globally, including 20% of the Fortune 100. As they prepare for the next phase of growth, they are embarking on a massive strategic mission to build the AI-era design systems platform, with an exciting focus on autonomous coding agents.

They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to focus on this "agentic AI" platform mission while maintaining a strong appreciation for frontend user experience, usability, and developer-to-designer workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Agentic AI Roadmap: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, designing the API infrastructure and data quality standards that allow autonomous coding agents to seamlessly consume and interact with design systems.
  • Bridge the Gap Between Design & Code: Work closely with engineering and design to build integrations, design tokens, component libraries, and developer-facing platform capabilities.
  • Navigate Ambiguity: Translate highly visionary and ambiguous AI concepts into a stable, structured, and robust platform roadmap that engineers love to build and users trust.

What we’re looking for

  • At least four years' experience as a Senior Product Manager in a high-bar B2B SaaS, developer tools, or collaborative software environment (e.g. dev tools, design/engineering tooling).
  • Deep technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, and open protocols (like the Model Context Protocol / MCP) with engineers, whilst maintaining an aesthetic eye for frontend UI/UX and design systems.
  • Practical experience shipping AI features in a B2B SaaS context, with a genuine enthusiasm for agentic workflows and using AI tools to accelerate your own daily product processes.

Why join?

  • 🌍 True Remote-First Flexibility: Remote-first working across the UK, with travel to London roughly once a month for team alignment and occasional off-sites.
  • 🚀 High-Impact Scope: Join as the third PM overall in a tight-knit, high-calibre team, reporting directly to product leadership with close exposure to the CEO.
  • 🛠️ Elite Product Culture: Work alongside a highly technical, design-conscious engineering team where your decisions directly shape how modern product teams build software.
