Senior Product/UX Designer (Founding Role) | Hybrid London | B2B SaaS

London based B2B SaaS Supply Chain startup in the Sustainability space, who are looking to hire their first Product Designer.

💰 Salary: £75K - £85K + equity

🏡 Location: Hybrid London 1-2x a week

This is not a feature level role. They are building complex, operational software used by logistics and supply chain businesses, and need someone comfortable designing across systems rather than isolated screens.

The role involves:

• Owning end to end problem spaces in a data heavy product
• Designing workflows across interconnected systems
• Bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous operational challenges
• Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape direction

They are particularly interested in designers who:

• Have strong B2B SaaS experience, in early-stage startups
• Think in systems and patterns, not just UI
• Are comfortable with complexity and edge cases
• Experience with AI tools (such as Lovable, Figma Make) and keeps up to date with the latest market trends in design
• Want meaningful ownership in a scaling environment
