I’m partnered with a AI company building a decision intelligence platform transforming how large-scale, high-value assets are analysed and managed in the Real Estate world.

Backed by a recent $26M Series A, the business is scaling rapidly across London & New York, working with enterprise clients on mission-critical workflows where accuracy and insight directly impact commercial outcomes.

Their platform combines AI, data, and product thinking to help customers make faster, smarter decisions in complex environments.

They’re now hiring multiple Staff / Principal Product Engineers to help define the next phase of their product and engineering evolution.

🧠 What you’ll work on

• Building AI-powered product features used in high-value, real-world decision-making
• Working closely with customers to solve complex, mission-critical problems
• Shipping end-to-end features across backend systems, data, and AI layers
• Using AI tools and agents to accelerate development and product iteration
• Driving product and technical decisions with a strong commercial lens
• Helping shape architecture as the platform scales globally
• Collaborating across engineering, product, and leadership in a high-growth environment

🛠️ Tech Stack – Python (preferred), Django, AI/LLM tooling, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

🧩 What we’re looking for -

• Strong senior engineers (6+ years) through to Staff/Principal level
• Experience building customer-facing, production-grade applications
• Background in high-stakes environments (e.g. fintech, B2B SaaS, AI products)
• Comfortable working closely with customers and product teams
• Strong understanding of how to ship impactful, commercially valuable features
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day development
• Backend or full-stack engineers
• People who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and building from first principles

⭐ Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML or pre-LLM AI companies
• Exposure to decision intelligence, data-heavy, or analytical products
• Experience in fast-scaling startups or Series A–C environments
• Strong product intuition alongside engineering depth
