Senior Agentic Orchestration Engineer

Salary Range: £45-55k | Full Time.

The Job:

A senior role engineering our agentic orchestration system to speed up development, turn ideas into reality, and ship the tools that level the playing field at scale.

Required:

Leadership Experience.

Experience in Mentoring and Development.

Experience building the runtime layer around LLMs — agent loops, tool use, context/memory handling, and multi-step coordination.

A belief that technological progress can be a force for economic justice.

A hunger to learn how we bridge that gap.

Preferred:

Rust.

CI/CD Experience.

Ops Experience.

Location:

Remote. (Core UK Hours)
