Commercial Contracts Solicitor (4+ PQE to Partner Level)
We’re growing our Commercial Contracts, IP & Technology Team at Field Seymour Parkes LLP and are looking for a talented, experienced solicitor to join us – either as a future partner or someone ready to step into that role now.
This is a key strategic hire to provide senior-level support to the Team Leader, to support the growth of the wider firm and to help shape the future of our Commercial Contracts practice.
If you have 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) and are looking for a role with clear career progression – including genuine partnership opportunities – this could be the ideal next move.

- Strong experience in commercial contracts, with complementary knowledge of IP and data protection
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinationals, across sectors (notably technology and automotive)
- Able to balance legal precision with real-world practicality – our clients value clarity, not just theory
