With a strong presence in the UK, EMEA and NA markets, we are now looking to expand our London-based sales team!
About the role
Join a dynamic team where you’ll lead with purpose to drive new business development and grow our customer base across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.

- Identify and target new business opportunities within designated markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and product pitches to prospective clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the competitor landscape.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align client feedback with product development.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and processes and virtual sales environments.
- Experience selling into RMIS, Third Party Administrator, Managing General Agent market.
- Knowledge of the risk and insurance industry.
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably in risk management, insurance, claims, or enterprise SaaS.
- Working knowledge of Self-insurance market, Captive insurance market, Third Party Administrator market and London Market
- Solid contacts in industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
