Roles & Responsibilities:
- Your primary role involves taking charge of the entire marketing strategy and execution, from brand to lead generation.
- You are required to align marketing goals with the overall business objectives, working closely with leadership teams across departments.
- You'll be responsible for managing, guiding, and inspiring a high-performing marketing team to drive impactful campaigns.
- Administering a data-driven approach to budget allocation and performance analysis is expected.
- Your role also involves implementing full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital channels, paid media, events, and ABM initiatives.
- Ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all customer touchpoints and external communications is crucial.
- You are expected to oversee PR, communications, and thought leadership strategies to strengthen the brand's market position.
- Monitoring market trends and using competitive insights to keep marketing efforts ahead of the curve is essential.
Expectations & Requirements:
- Should possess experience of 7+ years in B2B marketing within fintech, SaaS, or a technology-driven business.
- Quite an acquaintance with managing cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Must be skilled in brand development, content strategy, product marketing, digital performance, and campaign management.
- Ensure that you deliver measurable marketing results with a strong focus on ROI.
- Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines, with an eye for detail and execution.
- You are also expected to demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
