Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst with 1–1.5 years of experience to support the testing of web and/or mobile applications.
You’ll be working closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free releases.
This role is ideal for someone who understands QA fundamentals and is now looking to sharpen their skills in a more mature, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases across web and/or mobile applications
Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA / TestRail / Azure DevOps
Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
Participate in functional, regression, and smoke testing
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles
Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scripts
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation
Ensure releases meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria
Required Skills & Experience
1 – 2 years of experience in a QA / Software Testing role
Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
Experience with manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory)
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly document defects and test scenarios
Desirable (Nice to Have)
Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Experience testing APIs (Postman or similar tools)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to performance or security testing concepts

Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
