Position: Senior Backend Engineer

Location: London – 2 days onsite

Fintop Consulting has partnered with an AI Health-tech partner based in Central London who is looking to hire a Senior Backend Engineer, who is expertly skilled in Python, AWS and NoSQL databases. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a company who are creating a product that can help save lives!

You will be joining a team of 12 (will be expanding to 20 by the end of 2026), which is split into three squads working on two core products. With your experience as a Python backend engineer, you will be building backend components for their core platform.

Must have skills:

• 8+ years’ experience in backend development, specifically in Python.
• Experience with DevOps tools and principles as well as IaaC.
• Experience in building data pipelines.
• Experience with NoSQL Databases.
• Able to lead and grow teams.

Interview process:

• 1 st stage – video call with the Squad Lead (30 minutes)
• 2 nd stage – Technical call with CTO (60 minutes)
• 3 rd stage (Final) – Meet with the CEO at the offices (60-90 minutes)
