Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in fintech, liquidity solutions, or crypto payments? We’re partnering with a leading crypto payment processing & blockchain infrastructure provider looking to expand their UK team.
If you have strong fintech knowledge and enjoy building long-term client relationships - this opportunity is for you.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining institutional-level client relationships
- Handling daily client requests, technical queries, and escalations
- Acting as a key bridge between clients and internal product/technical teams
- Contributing to long-term account development and retention strategies
🔹 Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing B2B clients
- Strong industry background in fintech / crypto / liquidity solutions
- Solid understanding of liquidity products or digital asset infrastructure
🔹 Languages Required
- 🇬🇧 English – B2+ minimum (strong communication is essential)
- 🇷🇺 Russian – B2+ minimum
- Additional languages are a strong advantage 🌍
🔹 Important Requirements
- Comfortable working in GMT+4 hours.
- Ability to manage institutional clients and build personal, long-term relationships
